I don't think a prog depot works, estrogen forms one because of the esters that make the half life much longer, prog can't be esterised so the half life is the same however much you inject

You do have a bunch of different esters of injectable E2, the other 3 estrogens (completely irrelevant though) and all the T blockers. There's also SERMs and other more nb leaning hrt. Maybe he should read up on what he needs just like I did instead of whining though

Yeah some people even do every 3.5 days because their body absorbs it so fast. I can recomment DIY EEn though, higher concentration and longer half life

0.4mL is doable subq but just at the threshold, you can split the shot into two sites with the same syring though. I'm more used to 40/50 mg/mL homebrew though, no idea what pharma is doing, I thought 20 mg/mL was common for EV.

You can easily go up to 31g for hrt if your carrier oil is thin enough, and even if it's on the thick side (castor) it'll just take longer to draw. Warming it up helps speed it up

There is 0 difference in absorption for injectable estrogen between subq and IM (except for EUn, which isn't available from pharma anyway). You can definitely do subq if your vial is high enough concentration
