I have a friend who just started FFXIV and they've been worried about how overwhelming it all seems. Plus they're scared of the fomo of not being up to date on content.
They beat EW MSQ like a month ago. Which I'm proud of them for but its understandable. There's a ton of content to go through.

Yes and writers shouldn’t be getting replaced by this sort of thing.
