This was Putin’s PUBLIC proposal that prompted the summit. Trump’s PUBLIC statement was that he believes both Russia and Ukraine will need to cede land (again, a laughable “solution”).

The fact that they were government officials and the FBI is taking over the investigation means he will likely be charged with federal charges and tried in a federal court. Federal law takes precedence over state jurisdiction. And presidential pardons DO apply to federal charges.

Guys, don’t forget HB 9495 is currently sitting at the Senate and is a major threat to all organizations in the nonprofit sector. If you’re not familiar with it, take the time to familiarize yourself. No one seems to be talking about it and I’m concerned stuff like this will get lost in the chaos.
