Pepe is not far right. It is used extensively across millions of discord gaming communities that have no political leaning affiliation. We most definitely reclaimed pepe back to gamers.

I agree it is almost hopeless right now. We have no leadership. We have nobody grabbing this by the balls and taking it on full force. The only people making noise is Bernie and AOC and that is not enough. The inevitable is going to be progressives meeting centrists and coming to mutual agreements.

This is absurd and an overreach of govt into internet control. These actions would require enormous weight on ISPs to police the internet rather than go to the source of the problem. Completely out of touch with the reality of how the internet works. Out of touch people need to stop making laws.

I think you are over-stating how effective they are in infiltrating bluesky. You see what you bring into your circle. At no point will right wing posts just start flooding your feed cause you looked at their profile. The way the site works they will never trend.

Personally I think everyone should leave them unblocked. I rarely see anyone's post like that due to how algorithms work here. And even if I do, its best that we point out the flaws in their logic, so others can learn how stupid they are.
