Krampus is so 2015. It's all about Pamprus now, the god of holiday period relief.

Also, I need not point out the potential ironical irony of Behringer being protective of their "intellectual property".

There are 3 IP categories: patent, trademark, and copyright. Patent is out, and it's not contrasting a creative work, per se, so copyright is also out. Is this t-shirt potentially confusing to Uli's customers who want Behringer shirts? I strongly doubt it.

In the US, this would count as satire and fall under the protection of precedent. However, Uli is very prickly for a man in his position, and the UK has weaker protections for expression.

It's so they fit in with all the other resistors and don't look naked at the electrical party.

I think it might testify to Behringer's lack of imagination, but not really bad ethics.

There are 3 categories of IP here: design (patent), trademark, and copyright. Patents have long expired. Trademark is mostly clear (cf. 808 button color order). The remaining one is copyright, and there's nothing in trad. copyright categories that could fall under it.

Glad to see you've branched out. Looking forward to Circuit Benders House of Flapjacks & Marmalade.

That's a pretty damned tall stack of TD3s, I must say.

Maybe change the rocks to be a stack of famously obnoxious audio-ish gear.

Seems like a nice treatment until the blindness from the burnt-out retinas sets in.

You can leave the wheel of suffering of course by going internet-free, but you can also escape by using only micro-social media, where there are no more than say 50 active users per community. This is the future, I am sure, and platforms like xitter will be the toxic mad max plains of desolation.

I don't know if you've heard of the metric system, but we also don't do that.

Burritos. Burritos definitely fit that bill. Burritos are a topic of religious fervor in SF.

I tried vaping what, 10-12 years ago? It did what it says on the tin. I got that nic high. But then I switched to pipes for a little bit and I got really the fuck high. (Pipes lasted only a couple months.)

At least the iCunt has better artwork.

Carpet blending is so 2024. I would go with cricutmenders.com, biscuitfenders.com, or surebuttlenders.com. These are all industries marked for growth in 2025.

"Beef T" happens to be my rapper name too.
