Your group sounds so valuable for the participants. Some of the individuals I support in mental health rehab only know how to participate in occupation with the use of substances - Learning how to participate without substances can be incredibly challenging

I love the term ‘discovery through activity’. I support some individuals who have managed substance misuse since childhood and who are now exploring who they are through activity, in their 40s/50s.
