It's so frustrating, I ran out last year and ended up in a flare, because of the exact same problem albeit a different hospital. Replying so you know you are not alone in this crazy system.

Sorry you had to wait longer, that is a ridiculous excuse from the first consultant 😡 Glad to hear the second took you seriously!
