I know that it is wishful thinking to sign a DM in January unless the club spend £100 million on Anderson.

I fear that Mac Allister lost his use of legs during the PL. However, Slot could start Chiesa and Jones and now Gomez/Ramsay. No, Slot is not doing that. Almost all the players, including the new signings, are playing poorly. That’s on the head coach!!!

Two was Mac Allister’s recovery from the injury which he sustained last season. When did Mac Allister pickup that injury and how long was he playing injured season half of last season, especially he and Szoboszlai had to do extra midfield cover because the so-called DM is super poor defensively.

I wished that Liverpool signed a damn DM the summer which the team had been lacking since Fabinho lost his use of his legs. Unfortunately, there was so much business to do during the summer. There were two unexpected things. One was Jota’s death.

There were players who wanted to leave! Diaz wanted to leave the summer of 2024 and summer of 2025. I thought that Slot could have handled Nunez better;
however, I concede that Nunez needed a fresh start. Robertson has not been the same player for years. Trent was mentally checked out for years.
