That is fantastic foam for oat milk! If you love a good plant milk, perhaps full fat coconut milk would give the best foam. But really, who cares when you have a lovely latte to enjoy? It is all delicious. Also, add cinnamon and/or green cardamom to your grounds if you like experimenting ☕️

Great job! I bet it was delightfully delicious! A couple helpful hints that you can ignore if you already know…1) The more fat in the milk (think whole or at least 2%), the better the foam 2) The colder the milk, the better the foam
