Curtis Hertel's pick for Michigan Democratic Party Parliamentarian couldn't be worse.
It's shows Hertel either doesn't know how the Party operates - violating the rules *rutinely* - or he isn't planning to change it. Either way, it's clearly disqualifying.

Curtis Hertel's pick for Michigan Democratic Party Parliamentarian couldn't be worse.
