His PR is too cooked. The only way it maybe happens is with retention and/or a pick attached. Buyout is still the best option and likely the one they pursue this summer.

The wins against Minnesota and Vegas bumped us up from a probable 3rd worst record to around 6th or 7th worst. For every additional game he steals against one of the good teams left on the schedule our pick gets 1-2 spots worse.

His unique voice and the catch phrases he used in his play calls were as fun and exciting as the games themselves for me, sometimes more. I remember how weird it felt being at games in person, unable to hear him do his play by play broadcast. It always felt like something was missing.

That’s good to hear. I’ll probably keep using Twitter too in the meantime, but it’s getting more and more aggravating to be on it. Hockey Twitter has been flooded with a bunch of far right accounts who only tuned in because of the 4 nations and the 51st state crap. Hope they leave when it ends.
