A gentle reminder that many colleagues and pupils may not have had a lovely Christmas.
It might have been awful.
They may be very happy to be back where it feels safe, or where there's routine, or where there's company.

Interssting article. The only issue i really have with the MTC is that it tests typing as much as it does maths. I worked with lots of children who lnow their tables but cant type quick enough
