That being said, the report submitted to the House confirming that there’s only one of you was created by the committee. Best of luck in convincing 11 other people that they can’t trust their senses.

I’ll concede to that since I wasn’t specific enough. Real procedure was followed for committee except for you being there and making comments. That’s why the Chair recommended that the committee be referred to the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner for review.

There is no admission of guilt since I haven’t done anything wrong.

Furthermore, I was elected. The motion to have me become Chair was voted on and passed 11:1 in favor.

If legitimate procedure was followed, you would have been kicked out much earlier in the day.

The dishonorable member has made the claim that you are DS. This is factually incorrect and disrespectful towards the chair. If the member wishes to provide misleading information, he should at least get some of the details correct.
