On my strange path to play all of the old GTA games, vice city is MORE. It's so similar to gta 3, but shows movement towards modern GTA.
That being said; other than better music, colors, and a slightly better story, not much more unique here

I think Giant Squid made the right call stepping back from the pathless, focusing on a short experience that centers movement and removes next to all combat. Really enjoyed my time with it

Not only is the game actually real, I think it's better than Hollow Knight which is already amazing. The increased mobility puts it over for me, even if the story i think is less ominous (less entrancing, more engaging overall)

I didn't know how to feel about this one at first, so many dark hallways and interesting writing. By the end, I kinda fell in love with it. I understand why it's a classic

These games have captured my heart, and while the soundtrack is not as good as the first, this is still a banger game from a really fun franchise. #MisoIsBestCousin

A beautiful looking and sounding metroidvania that has okay combat, and on occasion dares to be an interesting puzzle platforms. Could have certainty used a bit more meat in the exploration and story aspects of the game, but I had fun with it

Short and kind of sweet. I wish I would've clicked with this, but it felt like the story wasn't fully realized and the actual gameplay didn't lean into the fun scrapbook elements enough. Probably a better version of this that works as a short film.

I didn't think I would be into this as much as I was, but this clicked with me in so many ways. Kojima and his studio really cooked with this package delivery simulator, even if all of the characters are named something like cool-penis man

Been nearly a decade since I platted Mafia 2, and I just don't think these games are for me. Empty open worlds meet decent gameplay and a cliche story. Godfather it isn't, but for the most part, competent.

A reminder of how far platformers have come in this remaster that's able to capture an odd-feeling late-90s weirdness. Ultimately lackluster, and feels largely like playing a nostalgic title from someone else's youth.
