An eclectic array of wines from Italy, with some little known grapes, to be found amongst the more regular suspects. A 100% #Chiavannesca from #Lombardia, better known as #Nebbiolo of course, and a 100% #Catalanesca from Campania.

Bit different tonight. Cooked up chicken thighs in a soy/honey sauce, and pulled out a 95 % #Canaiolo 5% #Borsaglina to go with it, perfect. #Wine @aimmerzo.bsky.social @jimofayr.bsky.social @sorchacasey.bsky.social
