Go to your domain control panel, where you add DNS records. Add a TXT record, with the value specified by Bluesky in the "change my handle" setting - it'll look like "did:abcxyz". The record name should be "_atproto.ha".

I really think the WPP was overcome by the enshittification of X (and Threads failure)... As we've seen time and time again it's really really hard (impossible?) to topple an incumbent platform externally. You see that with all kinds of tools and applications, Bluesky is just getting a bit lucky.
