Truly relaxing is the biggest challenge for me. So hard to turn it all off and just BE. Another teacher friend said that it took her about a year when she retired to truly see the amount of stress she carried because of her profession.

Someone said his voters must have character flaws or they're weak-minded. But my husband is one of them and that's not the case. Many are a targeted group who has been brainwashed. It'll probably take us going through hell for them to finally figure it out.
