Huge well done to @lesmahagowhigh.bsky.social and Kerse House S2 pupil, Grace Mitchell, who competed in the "World Kickboxing Association" World Championships in Sheffield at the weekend, winning 5 gold medals and a bronze. This brings her total kickboxing medal haul to 59. Brilliant! Superstar!

This week, our @lesmahagowhigh.bsky.social house assemblies are focusing on our school value of Commitment. Today, we mourn the loss of the legendary Dr Jane Goodall - someone who embodied Commitment. She dedicated 7 decades of her life to the conservation of our planet & the animals living in it. ❤️

@lesmahagowhigh.bsky.social said goodbye to the most wonderful teacher, colleague and friend today, Dr Brand, who is heading off for new adventures. We will all miss her terribly...especially 2K1 who ADORED being in her tutor class. See you soon, Dr B!

@lesmahagowhigh.bsky.social is going fourth - & our pupils are getting excited. Lots of speculation: what will the mascot be? (A frog? A chimp? A wolf?); the House colours? (pink with green polkadots perhaps? 😆). We can't wait to see what Mrs Lockens, our pupils & our partners come up with!

@lesmahagowhigh.bsky.social Auchengillan trip is at an end - but lots of wonderful memories created. Every single pupil conducted themselves brilliantly, participated fully and never once complained about the wet Scottish summer weather. All superstars: each and every one!
