I see that LL is going to be a ‘recurring guest star’ so he might not be on all episodes. I didn’t like the way they made Jesse seem goofy in the first episode. He’s usually so capable and strong.

Did you notice that the sponsor’s name is Pratt?

It was a wonderful episode. David McCallum was great in The Man From UNCLE, and he seemed like a very nice man.

I’m talking only about the entitled. Had a friend a long time ago who was born into wealth. Very nice but didn’t understand that I couldn’t afford to pay USD 150 to have someone tell me what kind of makeup to wear. I never mind people getting wealthy by working.

And that they can insult the people who ARE paying for them.

And he’s serious. 🤪Unfortunately, so many people believe him. He’s also saying he’s being treated differently from anyone else in court. He is. Anyone else would be jailed for contempt.

If I understand correctly, if he wants to appeal he’ll have to post a surety bond in approximately the same amount as the judgement. He may have to put up collateral, but since his properties aren’t worth what he said he could have trouble raising the cash.

Same here. We’re ‘allowed’ to scan our own groceries, etc. we don’t get a discount for doing the work and someone loses a job.

I understand that AI can be helpful in some ways. As a writer, I just can’t believe the heart and soul would still shine through. However, I’ve seen wonderful paintings of dragons that were acknowledged by the artist as partially done by AI. Had her human touch, though. It still scares me - a lot.

So disheartening for everyone. Will we ever get past this political meddling in the arts? Just another fantasy, I guess.
