I woke up this morning with immense anxiety. Contemplating whether to completely tune out for my mental health but also knowing I need to stay informed. I'm just so overwhelmed with sadness.

Great to hear! I'm 3wks out from lumbar laminectomy and disectomy and it gets better. Also had a cervical 3 level fusion back in 2016 with titanium plates also! That was a rough recovery but you get through it. Take it one week at a time. All the best!
