Sat down with the manuscript I already had 30K down and was like “Damn, I kinda really dig this!” It’s got sorcery, epic fights, betrayals, sibling rivalry, shapeshifting…I fell in love with my own story all over again.

Spoke to my son’s 5th grade class about being an author. Great questions like “Are all of your stories related to each other?” (Yes.) “Where do your ideas come from?” (Everywhere and my imagination!) We talked about how rap is poetry. I loved it and omg y’all…they made me a card! 🥹
