A research consortium working with local governments and civil society to address commercial determinants of health ( #CDoH ). Funded by UKRI as part of @phiuk.bsky.social, we investigate how to minimise commercial harms and maximise benefits to #health.
Researchers have created a 2026 calendar exposing how #UPF & #alcohol brands manufacture consumption "occasions" year-round. It features Prof Anna Gilmore's framework showing the systemic issue: corporations harm health, but governments pay the costs while private wealth increases.
