They say that option is closed, but this is sports so you can never say never (I’ve seen weirder things that happen) and she can’t force anything mind you, it’s on Dallas to trade the pick or not.

Not sure why he’s not pointing it out that she has said multiple times it’s her last year but for argument’s sake, she has not declared yet. I would not be shocked if she’s a Spark/Storm come draft night.

You mean money wise? Now she’ll probably hate Dallas but she would love Seattle. If I’m the storm, I’m packaging a couple of them draft picks and calling Curt Miller up and check to see what’s going on.

Seattle would be great for Paige. Great facilities, a somewhat competent front office, Stewie and Bird went there and won rings, Bird, I believe is an investor in the Storm and Nika is there though she won’t play in the upcoming season.

Plum is from California and has indicated she’s staying beyond this season. Them trading #2 tells me that Miles may not declare or they don’t believe her game translates well in the W.

Because of that, IND may struggle with getting good free agents to come play there especially with GS, Toronto and Portland around in the near future. DAL may be liberal but it’s still Texas and with this piece of cheese in office, it’s going nowhere fast. I’m 50/50 she’s a Wing on draft night

Not after the injuries she’s had no. I know you CC fans always want to do this when it comes to Paige, but she wanted one more shot at a natty and to be able to play with her…friend…Azzi Fudd and be able to enjoy her offseason before jumping into the W and then Unrivaled.

Nah I don’t think so, it had nothing to do with CC. That’s a narrative CCC members run with. She never had a chance to just workout and have a nice summer in the past because she was always rehabbing in the offseason. She was able to work on her body and gain strength and muscle.

Betts is definitely #1. Flaujae #2 (if she doesn’t declare this year) and if Miles stays she’d be 3. But if Miles does declare, the Sky may get their wish and draft her. I still think Seattle does everything within reason to try and get Dallas to give up the #1 pick.
