I have completed all of the work that is getting done this year. Everything else can wait until January. Now, we prep for guests.

It is 8 pm. I haven’t had dinner. Is it a terrible idea to go to the post office to ship my packages without a crowd? Probably. Should I have French fries for dinner? No. Will I? Possibly. When I regret my life choices tomorrow, I will only have myself to blame.

Got my shots today (flu and COVID). CVS In Albuquerque didn’t give me any issues, and I got a PSL as a treat afterward. Hopefully I’m not too sore tomorrow, but I’ll take vax response over infection any day. Yay science!

Today’s garden drama: the pigeons have decided they would like to try my suet feeder. They’re having a hard time getting to it, unlike the finches. I’m not sure the finches are going to share
