Little personal win i thought id share... not that anyone actually follows this feed lmao.. anyway. I've been getting healthier..445lbs to 387. I've got a long way to go.. but it's encouraging to see the results so far.

Even though BluSky is very inclusive, uplifting, and body positive (in my experiences) this is something I have a hard time remembering for myself. If I forget, I'm sure others do.
