New year, new hobby! The first of this year, i began my sourdough journey. It was a slow start, as I am apparently an Eskimo. (Room temp is 72-78 degrees?!?! No thank you) But thanks to the internet, I found a hack that is working well. Doughgu should be ready to bake his first loaf any day now.
