Maybe the large bold RR will look better on the navy. And provide the answer you are looking for.

The orange background is too aggressive on the eyes. And you lose sight of what you are selling in the middle. The white is fine. But the RR in center looks elementary and not serious. Navy provides a more immediate professional first take. (But just my 2 cents)

Navy Blue background is the winner. Font is best. And the overall appearance is spot on.
