So, found an article from Cincinnati. The moms didn't get the *adult* version of the vaccine, which they may well not have known they needed. The kid version has worn off by then. Of course, they may have been told and blown it off. But they may not have, too

Not vaccinated ever or not having gotten the vaccine you're supposed to get before being around new babies? Same result to the poor children but different place for blame if the mom's dr didn't tell her

Of course the rule of law is critical. I guess I’m asking what the justification is under law for protecting the names of rapists. It seems so odd to me. I have trouble understanding how releasing the rapist’s name without the victim’s reveals their identity. I was honestly asking for viewpoints

Oh no! I, um, like that shoe. It's unique. I have to question my taste here when Derek Guy is on the other side but it's the kind of quirky I enjoy. The guy in that shoe? Yeah, not so much.

I grant that government photos always show you at your worst. But. That eyeliner.... Wow.

I understand they're fishing for evidence that "others" are committing these crimes, and they're certainly going to find out they're wrong (at which point that evidence will be promptly ignored), but concealing the rapist's name seems only to protect the rapist. I'm sure I'm missing a point here

I'm sure this is an absolutely ignorant question, but aren't criminal defendants usually named? Obviously you don't release victim's names. I ask this as a victim of extended childhood rape who was deeply grateful my abuser's name came out in his trial where multiple other victims had to testify

I want Senator Cassidy, a medical doctor. To stand before the American people. Tell them he knowingly confirmed someone who denies science and proven vaccines. And then tell them. He has no problem with children in the US dying from horrible, preventable diseases.

Incidentally, for anyone who might need it, get a whooping cough vaccine. They wear off at ~13 and then again in adulthood. This booster is in important--but is absolutely critical if you're going to be anywhere near babies or young children. Ask your doctor today whether you need a booster

Maybe? But they might not have known their childhood vaccines had worn off. Can we count on Kentucky's doctors to have warned them they needed a new vaccine to be immune? I suppose it depends on what "unvaccinated" means. Were they never vaccinated or not vaccinated appropriately with new babies?

My son caught this in Georgia. He was 13 and his immunity had worn off but his pediatrician didn't say a word and we didn't realize he'd missed a vaccine (thanks, GA). He coughed so hard and so long from it that he broke a rib. These poor babies.

It's an older pic, but they both have the same expressions right now in pride after driving off the dangerous yard invader AKA a truly lovely, entirely harmless, possum. As far as I can piece it together, it was looking for grubs or something under a tree, ground wet from rain earlier in the night.

Pictures later. Because of COURSE when she saw this lovely (and at this point safe, once we got the obnoxious barkers away) she stood there and took photos of the poor beastie rather than help corral the dogs. She went promptly back to sleep so I don't have them now. The criminals, ladies and gents:

My daughter heard the frantic yelling and ran outside to help with phone as flashlight. But as I stamped across the wet acorny yard, I finally saw what they'd cornered on the woodpile (they're short and couldn't get up). It was a really lovely, if quite unhappy, possum.

I want so dearly for this to be true 😆 If so, I either love your Park’s people or the pranksters that put this up. I mean, unless it’s a legitimate warning, in which case you have the most interesting haunted pond in the history of… ever
