Dunno what type coffee you're drinking BUT- if you find regular coffee is doing Too Much to your brain or body, give decaf a shot. I wound up going decaf because regular coffee exacerbates my hypoglycemia for some weird reason, but caffeine helps with my ADHD. Decaf was the perfect balance for me.

When I still lived with my ex, I would sit on the balcony and smoke with this playing on repeat. It relaxes and soothes me in ways other songs can't quite achieve.

I used to sit and watch my dad play the Silent Hill games when I was a kid. He burned the soundtrack onto a CD for me and I listened to it almost exclusively.
