I am married, the father of six kids & 5 grandchildren. I like hiking, camping and going to concerts. I also have 4X4's that I have built myself. I have followed politics for most of my life and have been active with several progressive groups.

Then give companies that pay upper management the least compared to their employees the lowest tax rate.
This would avoid punishing upper management who are paying their employees a fair wage.

But instead of just raising taxes on all of them, what if we have a sliding scale with the companies that pay upper management and CEO's the most compared to their employees the highest tax rate.
