To avoid being labeled "soft" because they are women, they act more masculine than men... In sociological identity theory, this is “over-identification”. the tendency of minorities, when trying to gain acceptance within a majority group, to behave more like the majority than the majority itself.

Platforms like Duolingo and Khan Academy are a more egalitarian model of education. Equality itself seems to be a modern idea. I cannot demand it from others or from institutions; perhaps I can only treat others as equals and to make myself resilient no matter what platform I am placed on.

according to my limited observations, after a certain age, the world stops asking who you are rather what you can contribute. It also happens in the international theaters where countries are asked the same question.

The U.S.-led international order is constrained by the dollar system and persistent trade deficits. Under these pressures, “America First” translates into using military power to protect financial interests. Many Western states are dissatisfied, yet find it difficult to exit the system.
