There's a different policy between these broadcasters and studios I believe. Thomas Astruc explained on blueskie why the episodes were not released in order. I think it does impact the story a little but not as if it was something really incoherent. We can still understand

Yes that's one problem, but the broadcaster as the final rights, so in a way it's also their duty to release it in order. It's not always the studios' matter

Like what show ? Because As far as I know children shows have always been broadcasted in an order chooden by the broadcaster as long as it doesn't impact the story
