As a non smoker… I feel like a lot of millennials got it wrong with smoking heavily as teenagers/early twenties then stopping…. At 31 with a family and adult bills/stress, NOW IS THE TIME TO SMOKE! I literally have moments where I just want to get high cuz the week/month kicked my ass.

Finally got a scale so I can confirm exactly how much weight to lose… 20lbs HAS to go, 30lbs is the goal and 40lbs would be nice. But 20-25 is absolutely mandatory for me lol my doctors be like eh you’re ok nah bitch I don’t have room to grow at this weight lol
