Mostly around the stomach area, but I've also seen it happening to the chest once or twice. It really depends on the animations, I think.

Hey, sorry to come back to this with a bug report, but... I noticed that the model seems to have some issues. Specifically, I think the jiggle physics freaks out at high speeds, which makes it look like the parts affected by it RAPIDLY flicker in and out while moving.
