Just to clarify. Pre-Trib Rapture doctrine falls under the umbrella of Dispensationalist doctrine.

Can you provide a few more details? I'm mostly interested in the Fall of Dispensationalism element since I'm well versed in Dispensationalism having been raised in a Hyper Dispensationalist family. Is there a fair bit on the Fall, or just a little?

These are the 3 early church leaders usually referenced:

Irenaeus of Lyon: Only pre-trib if you take 1 sentence out of context

Victorinus of Pettau: His views seem more pre-wrath than pre-trib. Standard view

Pseudo-Ephraem the Syrian: Possibly pre Trib, authorship & date written are in question

It gets worse when you realize the Mark of the Beast is just a metaphor referring to a person who rejects Jesus' offer of Salvation to do what's right in their own eyes (sin).

In the Old Testament, the high priest had a mark on hand & head reminding them to focus all thoughts/actions on God.

Any Christian who is overly focused on end times to this degree is missing the point anyways. Christians should be focused on studying the Word, sharing the Gospel & seeking to follow Jesus' example & teachings. There are Christians facing trials & tribulations right now. Help them too.

From the very beginning, John Nelson Darby promoted the Christian Zionist
movement. So, that's a key reason.

All the same, Dispensationalism is a very problematic doctrine that promotes a host of very unbiblical teachings.

It's simpler just to acknowledge that there is no Pre-Trib Rapture & it is not present anywhere in the Bible. Paul also never claimed to have received any new end times prophecy from God. Paul just speaks to the prophecies of Daniel, Jesus etc.

While it's good that you know the Pre-Trib Rapture is false, but I think you're still on the wrong track. The only preparation needed for the end times is to embrace the Gospel, study the Word, share the Gospel & seek to follow Jesus' example & teachings.

I suppose you could say that, but in truth, it's a disagreement between those who are simply parroting erroneous Dispensationalist teachings they were taught in church like Pre-Trib Rapture & people that know Pre-Trib Rapture is nowhere in the Bible.

The Pre-Trib Rapture is absolutely a lie, the kind of lie that focuses Christians on all the wrong things. Once we have embraced the Gospel ourselves, our focus should be in sharing the Gospel, studying God's Word & seeking to follow Jesus' example & teachings. That's the only preparation needed.

I mean, having all those stickers is hilarious, but he is right, the Pre-Trib Rapture is a lie. It's nowhere in the Bible & just doctrinal nonsense peddled by dispensationalists.

A verse which has nothing to do with the erroneous Pre-Trib Rapture of course.

What is Mark Carney's leadership candidate website? I can't find it via Google. Wanted to look up the platform he's running on.

Except for the fact that we have tremendous support for the fact that the founding fathers clearly did not view the right to bear arms as some universal right without limits because they literally confiscated the arms of loyalists when they won.

Not only did Tesla fail to grow, it shrunk for the first time. Glorious. The Cybertruck is a complete failure & Musk managed to alienate virtually his entire customer base globally. What a loser. 🤣

Yes. Even a Conservative on Canada is more progressive than even the Democrats on most issues, though, sadly, there is a drift to the right going on at the moment.
