Honestly as a white folk type person this is my first thought. I enthusiastically support #Blacksky and in no way want it to become the mythical Canada of leaving Bluesky for white folk pissed off at Jay and/or mod choices.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. it can and does get better. It's something I've struggled with on occasion as well and I can only state that more people think well of you than you may now. Also, while I can't share photos of my cat on here I can at least share this small amusement.

I have taken a picture of the plot summary below which is borderline farcical, which opens with the phrase “She Never Wanted to be a Breeder but her parents sold her anyways.”

This is a disaster and one of the curses of reading too damn fast is that I’m curious enough to suffer through this.

So, I was taking to a friend about books she had read about converting Judaism called Choosing to be Chosen (she admitted a dim memory, and I can’t seem to locate it. I think it’s more likely a tag line or something misremembered).

This was the first thing I thought of when reading SBF’s sentence today.

I trained to be a juvenile prosecutor and the guy I trained under has an article about a child murderer becoming a Microsoft programmer and productive member of society.

I don’t particularly care for extra long sentences. /1
