Visited the Garden of Dreams (built in 1920) after long this weekend! Remains a stunning nest of peace and green in the heart of Kathmandu. Nice to see the old photos on display!
Neo-classical property with lush gardens and a pond adjoining the Kaiser Mahal. Many trees, plants and the blue Kathmandu sky in the background. Hanging photos, exhibiting the Garden of Dreams photos over the years, from 1920 onwards. Three photos on display in a exhibition room. Neo-classical architecture, with giant columns visible. The glass doors lead into a bar.
