I think you might be misunderstanding why i'm into the fantasy.
It's not fear, it's that i don't actually want it to happen. That's why it's a fun fantasy, because it feels "wrong". Remove that, and i'm just not into it anymore.

I don't have my meds at a same exact time every day, it's more in relation to when i get up as that is pretty variable. Which is why i suggested when you use the restroom before bed or in the morning, that's one that's hard to skip x3

Is there something you do every morning and evening around the same time you're supposed to take them? Like brushing your teeth, or even simply using the toilet?
If you can tie the thought of "time to take these" with something you already always do, it should be easier to remember.

I can't say if it would be easier for you specifically, but i find injections quite easy to forget. mine are once every 3 weeks, but it's more often like 4 lol.
I'm also very afraid of needles, but I'm fortunate enough that my husband is able to do them for me.

I prefer it that way, is all. For me, things like this are far hotter in fantasy than they are IRL. We haven't tried this one, but i know myself well enough to know the downsides (ie: jealousy/inferiority) would be overwhelming to me.
