Most of the rescues I've worked with have a 2 kitten policy. Under 6 months with no other pets, adopt 2 or be turned away. Too many single kittens are returned with behavioral issues when they are the only pet.

I saw one video where the horse looks so stressed and you can tell doesn't want to step on anyone. Sort of quickly scrambles over someone. Its pretty bad when when even a horse knows this is f'ed up
