Tbf, any alternative, decentralised or not, to tiktok is not really enviable. The only advantage you get is that you own your data, but on the other hand, you lose your time :p.

It's mostly used by screen readers for blind or visually impaired people, it should describe the picture, so people can represent it in their minds. It's also used to add more context (i.e. if the skeet length isn't enough.)
