Perhaps I am confusing the philosophy versus diet as she said she was a vegan. Reflection on your caustic style of conveying information - it is alienating among other things. Stay vegan but open hearted.

Quote” Veganism is a moral standpoint”. Was what I was responding to. It is diet - not a moral standpoint. It becomes a moral standpoint because of emotional entanglements of beliefs etc. Any more insults? Or is this your idea of discourse.

The intersection of moralizing and diet is not Veganism - it is the entanglement of judgement in set of dietary choices. Some choose due to health of the body,others moral values. The judgement is their own.
