Was playing Pokemon Colosseum yesterday and noticed Surf was doing piss poor damage, which lead me to discover that wide moves (Surf, Icy Wind etc.) do less damage in double battles. 50% (!) in Gen III. Only just found that out. Been playing since Yellow.
