I've been on a health kick for seven weeks so far. Trying to hit a target weight by my 40th birthday. Diet and exercise. Today, I weigh under 11 stone (I'm short) for the first time in quite a while. The biggest benefit? Being able to wear old Arsenal shirts that have been out of action for years.
