Rhona and Amanda are identical twins - their lives have often mirrored each other. This year both were diagnosed with breast cancer within weeks of each other.

But they've remained positive and started a TikTok account to raise awareness.

8-year-old Sam has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy - a genetic muscle wasting disease.

A new treatment is coming but with it yet to be approved for NHS use time is muscle. His parents hope it'll be available to Sam soon.

I spent the day in Tillicoultry where 15 months later dozens of residents still can't back into their homes because of dangerous concrete, even though they're still paying for them.

The Council say the committee only voted to note a request had been lodged with the Scottish Government for permission to make these changes (attached).

And says if that is approved by Minister it will still require to be voted on by the Committee to become policy.

Shelter claims the Housing, homelessness and fair work committee voted last week to reduce standards of temporary accommodation available to those experiencing homelessness.

But the Council are denying this, and yesterday wrote to the charity asking they withdraw the claims.
