it was spooky how insistent it was about everything. An entirely false reality constructed, with events and statistics. Got defensive whenever pressed like a lying person.

the fake scrappage certificates thing is also made up. I can tell what happened. There was fraud from a discontinued subsidy program revealed at the same time that news of fake used cars came out. There was also a scandal in India about scrappage certificates. a lot of similar words.

no ours isn’t like chicagos. You have to request it. email prof Ben Leroy here and I bet he has it. He actually was part of the effort that stripped out parking requirements for a lot of campus areas.

it will happen mainly by preemption rather than poaching. a Famous scientist may have done their best work, and will be expensive. But you can divert a large number of new grads and early career ones. among these are the Famous scientists of the future. Similar outcome.
