And you can touch a meteorite older than the Earth itself! The exhibition is packed with wonderful interactive elements and real space hardware. And you can even smell what different places in space smell like! (my PhD student Marina Barcenilla created those scents for the exhibition)

Speaking at the Silesian Science Festival in Katowice today. Curiously, the Spodek arena, or simply 'the saucer', was one of the first major structures built using the principle of tensegrity - the entire roof is essentially hanging on cables
