This kind of false equivalence is why I canceled my subscription to The Washington Post. It's not an "unproven covid-19 treatment". It does not treat Covid.

Could we maybe tap the bakes a bit on this AI thing? I get the feeling that nobody has really thought through all the implications. There's also the fact that AI data centers are killing the planet with water usage and greenhouse gases. Why are they doing this again? Oh, yea, to eliminate jobs.

I rarely go to Starbucks, but I definitely won't go back until they have a contract. Corporations need to pay living wages. We have full-time workers who need SNAP to survive. That's wrong. Taxpayers are effectively subsidizing companies like Amazon and Starbucks.

Doubts? There are no doubts. It's illegal. Trump is ordering our military to kill civilians based on his implausible accusation that they are attempting to smuggle drugs. Even if we were at war, it would be illegal for our military to deliberately target civilians.
