What the holy hell? Are they gonna cut interscalene blocks next? Obtuse and counterproductive policy. Medicare/caid patients deserve evidence based, effective pain management. Some folks are wonderfully helped by blocks for pain and managing PTSD. Just so f'ing frustrating.
