Often a permissions issue, but in general I from what I've seen many (most?) mod makers consider it polite to not 'usurp' someone's work by making the original obsolete. I just toss all the originals into a folder in penumbra and set them at a negative prio number but I definitely get the annoyance!

For positives, I love mods on Heliosphere because the autoupdate is soooo nice... I also love people who take the time to do stuff like bulges and small tiddy/butt sizes and/or to make their stuff scale decently with C+ because the body diversity it enables is soo cool to see!

Uncompressed textures and excessive triangles gotta be up there as main annoyances. Sure you can compress as user but then you gotta do it for *every update*... As a YAB Buff I also dislike not scaling to it when the addon literally makes it so easy because Aleks put more work in than God.

I know that feel, I recently created my first alt OC too! Event though I put most of my effort into finetuning my main it's fun to have a second character that lets you bring other creative visions to life that don't suit that main as much ^^
