Oh, you guys mentioned HW Computers in the show, and I was reminded of a place that existed where I grew up like that. I didn't exist when this store was a thing, but it was a good reference for me. This was on El Toro Road in Lake Forest just down the five freeway.

I improved the lighting in this image since the original was driving me crazy. I wanted to try and replicate the show, but it didn't work out so well, sadly.

First panel of the next #comic WIP. This is the Mesa Verde Center in Costa Mesa California. Reference for this has been a pain to find, but I think I can scrape by. A music store (where the comic takes place), a theater, and an ice skating rink were all there.
